Women's Network

Updated August 20, 2020

The Women’s Network started in 2015 with the intent of giving women a safe environment to learn and network. After several events the feedback showed that there was a need to broaden the scope and promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. In 2019 BCEA invited members to the THRIVE Summit and the feedback was outstanding. The survey results showed a need for continuing the conversation and inviting all to participate.
