The British Columbia Electrical Association produces a bi-annual publication, "The Connector", that is distributed to 6000 people directly involved in the electrical industry in British Columbia.

Editorial submissions are welcome, and BCEA members receive a 15% discount on advertising. Editorial submissions come in the form of industry news, letters to the editor, opinion pieces, technical papers, appointments, coming events, etc.

The Connector has twice been honoured in the 1990's by the International League of Electrical Associations with its Golden Globe Award for Periodical Publications - in 1993 and in 1996.
